Reserve Studies 103 is designed to help you understand how your recommended Reserve contributions are calculated. The recommended Reserve contribution rate is often the first thing our clients look for in the completed Reserve Study, so we understand its importance to you. Every association needs Reserve contributions to offset ongoing deterioration. The question is: how much is enough? That’s the mystery we’ll resolve in today’s session through some simple illustrations. We present this material today because we want your association to thrive, and that happens when you have the confidence to budget the recommended Reserve contributions because you know they are just what your association needs.
Presenter: Bryan Farley, Association Reserves
Bryan Farley is the President of Association Reserves, CO and has completed over 3,000 Reserve Studies and earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designation of Reserve Specialist (RS #260). His 12+ years of experience includes all types of condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout the United States, ranging from international high-rises to historical monuments.
