Diane Hampson began her career with Community Association Management in 2002 with Associa. Between 2002 and 2010, she earned the CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations), the AMS® (Association Management Specialist), and the prestigious PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) designations. In April 2018, Diane accepted a position with BSR Communities as the on-site Community Manager for Kissing Camels Estates. She also became the Director of Policy and Implementation for BSR Communities. As a CAI National Faculty member, Diane is certified to facilitate CAI's M-100, M-201, M-202, M-203, and M- 206 classes. She continues to achieve certifications to facilitate other classes. She is also a delegate for the CAI Colorado Legislative Action Committee (CLAC).
